The Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance Launches to Positively Impact Lives Through Personal and Professional Education and Learning Initiatives

Grafton, Wis. – The Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance, part of the Kacmarcik Enterprises family of companies, today launched with the aim of transforming the lives of individuals, groups, and organizations through well-being and learning initiatives that make each person’s potential - possible.
The Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance is the latest building block for Kacmarcik Enterprises, led by Jim Kacmarcik, the organization’s Chairman and CEO. Cumulatively, the mission of Kacmarcik Enterprises is to positively impact the lives of one million people every year, while making a sustainable impact in the communities they call home.

The vision at KCHP is a better world where every person can pursue their best life toward the common good. The idea is to provide people with opportunities to live their best lives through learning that accelerates performance, boosts well-being, and equips people to achieve their best future, at work and in life.
KCHP’s first priority is to employees of Kacmarcik Enterprises, which spans three primary verticals - industrial and manufacturing, consumer, and human performance and social impact.

In addition to Kacmarcik, KCHP is led by Gretchen Jameson Ed.D., Chief Learning Officer for KCHP and Group President for Kacmarcik Enterprises’ Human Performance and Social Impact division, which includes support of a variety of philanthropic 501(c)(3) organizations.
In addition to KCHP’s focus on the Kacmarcik Enterprises family of companies and the organization’s more than 700 employees, Jameson and KCHP will partner with local and regional entities that share the value of helping people achieve their fullest potential. Early-stage collaborations with Cardinal Stritch University, the player development department at the Green Bay Packers, Lutheran Social Services, and Bucks’ Gaming, a division of the Milwaukee Bucks, represent the partnership vision KCHP believes is critical for success.
Those initial partnerships have been struck, Jameson said, because of KCHP’s unique, person-centered approach to learning and behavioral change.
“What we're bringing to the table is a team of educators who understand, fundamentally, that learning is at its core a change of behavior and mindset. Good learning helps people develop their knowledge and skills, absolutely, but transformational learning empowers people to change their attitude, confidence, and commitment,” Jameson said. “KCHP focuses on that deeper learning, building mindsets and skillsets that really impact how people achieve their goals for their careers and their lives.”
The structure of KCHP’s learning initiatives is developed around a Gap to Goal Framework (™) that starts with identifying individual performance goals; developing plans around personal strengths to achieve those goals; creating systems that help support growth in those strength areas, and what additional educational or experiential activities are needed to bridge that gap; then finally leveraging that plan and those systems to close the gap and achieve those goals.
“Every time you hit one summit, you set the next one,” Jameson said. “As an organization, we have an ethical and moral imperative to think this way about the people in our care, and the people who work here. It's absolutely what we're called to do.”
Externally, KCHP has four primary offerings for organizations, individuals, and companies, including:
Level UP - Team Performance Accelerator, which leverages analytics, transformative coaching, and custom education resources to help teams achieve their full potential.
Team Workshops and Retreats, including team strengths retreats and Gap to Goal(™) Workshops.
Blūprint, KCHP’s proprietary learning and development program, which has already been launched for Kacmarcik Enterprises businesses, including Kapco Metal Stamping, can be developed specifically for organizations as a standalone platform, or to improve existing programs.
Custom Solutions, developed in consultation with the KCHPs staff of educators, are tailored to the exacting needs of an organization or team.
